Special Consideration and Extensions

The below form is for students to apply for special consideration or an extension on any assessment item. Please read SITCM’s Special Consideration Policy and Procedure (available on the HE Policies and Forms webpage) to understand application deadlines, eligibility requirements and processes. 

If you have already been granted special consideration for an assessment and would now like a further extension for that assessment due to extenuating circumstances, you cannot use the below form – instead contact administration@sitcm.edu.au.

This form is designed to only accept applications from students who meet the eligibility requirements. Applicants need to complete the form themselves, and upload a supporting evidence file before submitting it.
