Village Remedies CBD / Balmain

We are looking for a new full-time acupuncturist to join our team. We have two busy Sydney based clinics, one in Balmain and the other in the CBD.

We are a distal acupuncture focused clinic where we all practice the same style and share clients. We have a full training program for new team members to complete and mentoring to help develop clinical skills.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and work with our system.

We are offering full time employment (38 hours a week) with a base salary. The package also includes holiday, sick leave, and super as well as a bonus structure.

New grad base salary starts above award, at $30.70/hr  and goes up with each year of experience. Penalty rates for weekends apply.

Tasks include:

  • Treating clients and providing them with treatment plans and maintaining notes
  • Client care and management
  • Clinic administration and management
  • Marketing and social media
  • Learning and following clinic treatment protocols

It’s a great opportunity if you are interested in full OR part-time work (3-5 days per week) with a small but vibrant company that lives and breathes Traditional Chinese Medicine.

We are seeking a TCM Specialist to join our team. The full-time role (TCM Product Specialist) would be suitable for TCM graduates or Non-practicing TCM Practitioners

Training will be provided for:

  • Chinese Herbal Granules: individual herbs, formulas and patents
  • Acupuncture needles – types and sizes
  • Continued Professional Education – Seminars/Webinars (Staff attend FREE!)
  • Opportunity to train up to facilitate the running of webinars or seminars

Only candidates with the following proven attributes will be considered:

    • Exceptional organisational skills and computer literacy
    • Proven customer service skills
    • Confidence in providing practitioner support (product training given)
    • Good communication skills (verbal & written), able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including practitioners, staff, service providers and suppliers
    • Excellent English – Bilingual or Chinese-speaking preferred
    • Ability to work co-operatively within a team, as well as independently
    • Ability and willingness to learn new technology / software programmes, as required
