Instructions

  1. Complete the application form below (as part of this process, you will need to upload several files). If you have any questions while completing this form, please contact the Administration Office by phoning (02) 9212 1968 or emailing administration@sitcm.edu.au.
  2. If your application is successful, you will receive an Offer of Enrolment & Acceptance Agreement letter. You will need to sign and return the Acceptance Agreement to us. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Acceptance carefully before signing the agreement.
  3. Students who pay upfront will receive a receipt of their payment.

Complete if different to your Home address. This is your term address, while studying in Australia. If you don't have one yet, you can use the same as your home address.

* The BTCM Semester 2 Intake is only for students who have been granted Credit for Prior Learning (CPL). Please contact the Administration Office (administration@sitcm.edu.au) to apply for CPL.

1. A copy of ALL academic qualifications (including transcripts) – unless you have completed a Bachelor degree or higher in English, in which case you only need to provide a copy of that one qualification and transcript.

2. Evidence of citizenship/residency status. If this evidence does not include a photo of you, you also need to provide a photo ID document.

3. A passport-style photo of yourself.
