We are seeking a TCM Specialist to join our team. The full-time role (TCM Product Specialist) would be suitable for TCM graduates or Non-practicing TCM Practitioners

Training will be provided for:

Chinese Herbal Granules: individual herbs, formulas and patents
Acupuncture needles – types and sizes
Continued Professional Education – Seminars/Webinars (Staff attend FREE!)
Opportunity to train up to facilitate the running of webinars or seminars

Only candidates with the following proven attributes will be considered:

- Exceptional organisational skills and computer literacy
- Proven customer service skills
- Confidence in providing practitioner support (product training given)
- Good communication skills (verbal & written), able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including practitioners, staff, service providers and suppliers
- Excellent English – Bilingual or Chinese-speaking preferred
- Ability to work co-operatively within a team, as well as independently
- Ability and willingness to learn new technology / software programmes, as required
